Tanika’s First Art Lesson

As a toddler, she remembers watching her father paint, ‘a tree’, he said, but to her childlike eyes, she wanted to remind him that trees are green, as he was using every other colour, except green – but to her surprise, he painted the loveliest tree that she had ever seen. That was her very first lesson in painting. Her father taught her to ‘think outside of the box’ and so, ever since, she too, loves to create, using the most unlikely colours…
